Thomas Rave

About the person

Thomas Rave studied pedagogy and political science from 1975 to 1980 and earned the title of Diplom-Pädagoge in 1980. Since 1981, he has worked as an education officer for political education at Stätte der Begegnung e.V. – Institute for Education and Communication in Vlotho. He has been a certified supervisor (DGSv) since 1994 and a teaching supervisor since 1998. In addition, he has worked as an organizational consultant since 2004 and as a quality representative since 2005. He has served as a lecturer at the Faculty of Educational Science at Bielefeld University since 1998. Since 2004, he has also been the spokesperson for the regional group Ostwestfalen-Lippe of the German Association for Supervision (DGSv).

Thomas Rave studierte von 1975 bis 1980 Pädagogik und Politikwissenschaften und trägt seit 1980 den Titel Diplom-Pädagoge. Seit 1981 ist er Bildungsreferent für politische Bildung in der Weiterbildungseinrichtung Stätte der Begegnung e.V., Institut für Bildung und Kommunikation in Vlotho. Er ist seit 1994 Supervisor (DGSv) und seit 1998 Lehrsupervisor. Zudem arbeitet er seit 2004 als Organisationsberater und seit 2005 als Qualitätsbeauftragter. Seit 1998 ist er Lehrbeauftragter an der Fakultät für Pädagogik der Universität Bielefeld. Seit 2004 fungiert er außerdem als Sprecher der Regionalgruppe Ostwestfalen-Lippe der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Supervision (DGSv).
