Monica Mastrantonio Martins, PhD is a licensed psychologist in Germany, Italy, and the UK, with over 30 years of clinical and academic experience. She holds a PhD in Social Psychology and has worked as a lecturer, researcher, and dissertation supervisor in institutions across Europe and Latin America. Her work focuses on qualitative and narrative studies, mental health, climate anxiety, and the intersection of psychology with literature and social justice.

Dr. Martins has published extensively in international peer-reviewed journals and authored multiple books, including The Psychology of Kindness and Millenniums in Use. She is a former visiting professor at the University of Oxford and the University of York, and currently supervises doctoral work at Arden University. In addition to her private psychotherapy practice, she is active in feminist advocacy and global peace initiatives.
