About the person

Emma McNally, an accomplished professional in the field of psychology and psychotherapy, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Honors from the UK. Her educational journey includes studies in Abnormal Psychology in New York, Spanish Language and Culture in Madrid, and a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy Science from the Sigmund Freud University (SFU). She furthered her expertise with postgraduate studies in Forensic Psychology and Crime in the UK, complemented by training in forensic units, and completed training in Systemic Family Therapy.

Previously, Emma served as the head of the university psychotherapy international clinic, where she honed her clinical skills working with international patients and trainee therapists. Currently, she is the Coordinator of the English Department of Psychotherapy Science at SFU, as well as a senior lecturer and supervisor in the Bachelor’s program. Her teaching focus spans psychology and psychotherapy, where she leverages her extensive background to provide comprehensive education and supervision to her students.
